Check-In Process and Security
When you and your children arrive at Crossings, please stop by the G.A.K. Check-In Cart (located in the front of the breezeway of Building B). One of our children’s ministry staff will welcome and assist you with the check-in process. There you will be given temporary child and parent ID tags with matching identification numbers. The parent ID tag must be shown in order for us to release your child at the end of service. If you are able to receive text messages, please inform us of your cell number and carrier so we can page you via text if your children need you or to inform you of updates regarding our ministry. Once this information is in our system, you will not have to enter it again. At this time, you and your child(ren) will be escorted by one of our volunteers to the appropriate classrooms.
We want you to know that your children are safe in our care. All of our Children's Ministry volunteers are pre-screened with an interview and a criminal background check and are given training before being allowed to serve at Crossings.
