After hearing someone or observing one’s actions, it is sometimes said that they must not “be in their right mind.” When people are apparently not in their right mind, they say and do questionable things. On the other hand, someone in their right mind makes reasonable decisions and act in normal understandable ways. The Bible has a lot to say about the state of mind of a Christian. Not being in our right mind has an adverse impact on our Christian experience and witness, while being in the right mind makes a positive impact and leads to a life of blessing. It is God’s desire that we be fulfilled and happy as we live for Him.
